I wanted to know all of the services that are provided along with the oil change, and I was fully informed of all the services they provide. I wanted to see my old oil filter as well as the new oil filter and they complied with my request. They were very thorough and I will definitely go back for another oil change.

Well, I will be honest - the service at that particular shop had been going downhill for some time both in time it took and the service given, but when I stopped in there at the beginning of this week (08/05/26), I was pleasantly surprised to see that the service was what made me start going to Take 5 years ago. It was very good service - they were very informative and I was in and out and hope they keep up the good service.

Kit, the young man that works there checks everything and keeps me informed with everything my vehicle needs at that time. He explains everything to me which I appreciate. I have never had a problem with this group, and I have been going there for a long time.

Service was done quickly
Tried very hard to sell me, a senior woman, a higher priced package as well as a bunch of add ons. Tried to get me to buy a costly air filter when mine was clean. Told me the microbes had broken an obviously clean filter down. Not very happy with them trying to take advantage of me.

Just an oil change. Tech had trouble with oil filter, started to take fender well black liner off (never ever did they have to do that to access filter, made me nervous), then another tech went under truck and got it.
No water offered, no tire pressure check, no windshield cleaning. Initially, I was the only vehicle being serviced, then 2 others came in. Not up to par.

took 55 min to get in service bay. they were servicing some big pickup trucks that took 20 + each!
luckily i got best service guy there but they had several unprofessional people who weren't doing anything productive.
overall, didn't feel confident with crew on duty

Two oil changes ago, the technicians had me start my vehicle before replacing the oil cap, causing oil to spill onto the engine, windshield, and exterior of the car.
It took about 20 minutes for them to clean the oil.
During my most recent visit, they overfilled the oil well beyond capacity, and I had to return for them to remove about half a quart.
They need to prioritize careful attention to detail over speed.

I did not like waiting 30 minutes, and I was the first car in line, to drive in the bay. A car drove up next to me and drove in the bay within five minutes, and I was still sitting there. I was given a discount for the inconvenience.

Employees demeanor change if you tell them you already changed the filters.
