I drove in and had my windshield wipers replaced. The service was very quick and great. The gentlemen were very nice and polite. They did a great job. The great part was it cost a lot less to get windshields and have them installed all while waiting in the car.

After receiving what should have been a routine oil change, I was met with disaster. My radiator cap was missing & inside the engine bay. Having all of my coolant explode over the entire engine bay and causing further damage to my vehicle. Luckily I wasn't too far from another location of Take-5 so I was able to be serviced.

The tech was rude when we had any verbal interaction. He left grease on my driver's side door handle and the hood of my car. It was on his gloves and he made no effort to notice it or wipe it off. I got a handful of grease when I gripped my door handle and it got on my clothes.
I will not return to this location in the future which is disappointing because I always had good service in the past.

My service with take 5 oil change was awesome! I had one major problem. They entered the wrong mileage in their system. My mileage at the time of my oil change was 25,077. They entered 28,077 miles. Once i got home and read my receipt, I went back. They apologized and made the corrections in their system and gave me a new receipt.

One of those men broke my dip stick ! I know one of them broke it because it doesn't take four men to do a top off I told this ladyvto go and see what's going, She said oh the dipstick is broken if you go and buy another one I will put it on. I never return.

Technician checking me in did not ensure he has the proper vehicle information before giving the pit crew the OK to drain the oil. He had issues scanning my Vin number so he tried to pull it up by license plate. The vehicle information pulled up a Ford Taurus and I drive a ram 2500. Luckily, there was a coach there that caught his mistake.

they would not let me use the restroom even though I was but a few feet from the door, and as an elderly man who takes fluid medicine they said no. they take too long to do the oil change, no where near the 5 minutes they advertise. and I get an oil change at the dealership for a lot cheaper.
