They had the wrong name, wrong year and wrong oil number. This happened on June 12. June 13 went back with different employees that corrected the problem. A total different crew from the day before. The new crew fix the problem. Next time I go, I'm gonna make sure the crew that had everything wrong is not working that day.

After five days I noticed I had a big spot of oil on the ground. Come to find out the plug was missing, the seal around the oil filter was not on properly. And the oil filter was cocked to the side. Went to another location in B.C to have the guys there to fix the issue. The guys in B.C saved me a major headache. These young guys need to take changing oil Seriously!!

The two young men were exceptionally pleasant and changed my oil and air filter in a matter of minutes. They were so nice that I gave them a tip to buy themselves lunch the next day. It's a great feeling to come across nice people. They do still exist.

Everything was ok. I think they were rushing a Lil bit and spilled oil on the engine which caused it to smoke and I didn't kno what was going on at first and then they explained to me what happened. And I did tell them u needed air in my tires and didn't get any expect for one bk tire. And this morning my tires were low on air. Other than that it was good

Have been coming to get my oil changed and not one time the guys ever ask to change the filter inside under the glove compartment.untill my last visit 08/24 the young man asked me.Im glad he did because I never knew they had one there I forgot his name and it was 2 ladies that help.Enjoyed there company but Thank You Mr.(forgot your name ).

It was awful!!! They didnt cap my oil cap and my truck leaked oil for some time till I noticed everything on the ground . I had to return and another change had to be done but imagine if I never noticed this in the heat and the issues I would had with my truck
