They didn't tighten cap and oil leaked and stained my driveway the next day. They tightened the cap after an extended wait and I was given some degreaser to clean manually myself and sent on my way. I'll be reminded of this horrible service each time I back out of my driveway.

Great service. The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. In addition to my oil change, they replaced my wiper blades (I paid for them), checked all my car's fluid levels (refilled my washer reservoir, and gave me a bottle of water. It was fast and efficient. I am very pleased with the service. I recommend this crew highly.

Very poor service and had to ask to fill washer fluid and had to ask to clean my windshield. They were so rushed to get me out of there. They started to put air in my tire but I have nitrogen. Looks like I going to find somewhere else to go get my oil changed.

The technician told me that they didn't have any of the one time use oil drain plugs. I told the tech to stop and I would go somewhere else because I was seeing oil leaking from the drain plug. It was too late as they had already drained the oil. I won't be going back to take 5! I'm giving Take 5 3 stars because they gave me a discount.

DO NOT USE THAT LOCATION!
They used house brand oil, not Castrol as the other Take 5.
They sucked out the old oil instead of draining the old.
Neither the service man nor the manager could understand that the 25% veteran discount was more than $2.50.

Overfilled my tires and failed to put cap back on one tire. My tire light came on snd I had to make 2 trips back to Take 5 and demand they recheck the pressure in my tires. When they finally did what I asked, magically my tire light came off. Was definitely not a time saver for me. What happened to the customer is always right?

Very hospitable and Understanding.There is a scope of improvement on awareness quotient of the staff.I am a VIP member of MyEZ Car care and they offer me discounts.But staff here was not aware of this affiliation and mentioned that they did not know how to run the discount!!They could be better equipped with this info.
