They took car of my skid plate that Jonesboro did not put on properly and Jonesboro caused 4 screws to be lost from the plate. I will NOT go back to Jonesboro again. This is the second time something has happened to my skid plate that LR has had to fix.

1st, Very expensive. 2nd, all they did was change the oil. Didn't check the tire pressure, top off the washer fluid, or any of the other things listed on their check list. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

The guy who help me had an attitude. Didnt disclose his name before helping me and entered my mileage wrong but was telling me I was saying was I was looking at the number wrong.

The store manager was in charge of my service and took the time to make sure I could get my cabin filter changed, even though one of the clips to the cover was broken prior to me purchasing the car. I really appreciated his care and concern. The other team was very professional in how they communicated and treated my time at their location.

They were super nice but slow. They didnt tell me what happened, but it seemed like they took off my oil filter and realized they didnt have the right kind for my car. I sat there in the bay for 20 minutes until someone showed up with a box with my filter.

The young man that assisted me was very thorough. He He did it all by himself. He worked on my car and another gentleman assisted the car next to me. There was two other gentlemen there, but they were two other gentleman there and one was cleaning his personal vehicle and the other one was standing talking to the gentleman cleaning his car. That is the part that bothered me. I took pictures, and cant even upload them here.

Car is fine , employees didn't care at this place, 3 people standing around on phones no customers and 35+ mins for a simple oil change and pretending air filter needed changed but marked it was good on their form for me. (Literally I replaced 2 days ago) won't be back!

Oil change seems to have gone well, but I did not appreciate the fact that they did not return my credit card after payment, and very discretely let me drive off without it. I discovered it missing when I stopped for gas, and had to go back by their shop. It just appeared that there was a lack of caring and concern when I retrieved the card.
