The service I received was excellent. They brought me water when I arrived and made sure I had everything I needed from my oil change to my wind shield wipers being changed to cleaning my wind shield. They treated me well and kept me informed the whole time.

The wait and the time to perform the service were completely unacceptable. Only 2 guys were working, problem #1. Then they apparently were having trouble with the oil change for the diesel beside me. So instead of a 30-minute wait plus a 5-minute oil change, I was there an HOUR. Time is VALUABLE, and I will NOT return to this location.

I would recommend my family and friends to Take 5 oil change. They don't have their name for nothing. They stand by their name. It literally took 5 minutes for them to service my car. Everyone was nice, and i really enjoyed their team work and communication that they have going on. Thanks guys. You all did a wonderful job. Keep up the terrific work. I'll be back for sure!!!

Very great experience. I was handed a bottle of cold water the moment I pulled up. Everyone was polite and insisted on saying Mr. every time they said my name and the speed and efficiency was second to none! Ill definitely be going there for my oil changes from now on!
