I needed to get the air pressure in my tires checked, and the technician said he would be happy to help me with that at a no charge. He was professional, respectful and displayed great customer service. Even my grandson noticed their awesome service.

Went to have my oil topped off. They left my oil cap off. Oil then sprayed out all over my engine. Check engine light is now on with bad O2 sensors. Thanks Take 5!

The guard under the car that had to be removed to change the oil was not attached back. Notice by a go worker and I was able to take it to a tech in Lake Charles to have it screwed back up. No damage.
