I will continue going to this location they listen & don't treat nor speak like I'm dumb / stupid. The young men provide options, ideas & what to listen for if something might seem wrong. You can bring you car / truck in anytime if you need need air in tire, top off & always get a smile.. that's what counts really nice gentlemen working.

Take 5 allows you to sit back and relax. When you arrive they meet you with a cold bottle of water and a Take 5 candy bar. They even give juice boxes and a gummy snack to the kids. You are in good hands at Take 5.

I love that while I stay in the comfort of my car I can watch them quickly take care of everything that needs done. They say out loud to me and each other everything they are doing as a check that everything gets done efficiently And correctly. I never have to wait or make an appointment and I always get a bottle of water to enjoy while they quickly service my car!

The people there are really nice. Found out the last place I got my oil changed didn't have my filter on tight. It took no tools to take it off. The last place didn't have my oil my drain plug tight at all. My car was basically out of oil. The guys at Take 5 just gained a new customer. They know what they are doing and make sure everything is tight like it's suppose to be. I will definitely us them from now on.

My initial oil change was fast and the the seveice was professional. I noticed a slight oil leak the next morning. I returned to TAke5 and they addressed the isse, explained the cause and provided an option for personal follow-up if required. The manager was understanding knowing the inconvience of having toi return for service.he personally took care of the issue and yto date no further issues withthe service have come up.

They changed my oil in a timely and precise manner. They followed processes in which made sure they would not miss a step in the oil changing process. They also topped off fluids as well as put air in the tires. It was a great experience at the Pendleton Pike Take 5.

Excellent, friendly service. I liked the idea that they had a second person double-check fitting of drain plug and filter and that you stay in car. Pretty quick service also. Used mobile coupon. Highly recommend over dealer that takes hours for an oil change even with appointment.

Definitely overpriced. I paid $92 and I average around $60 at the Nissan dealership with way more points of inspection. I only went here because the Nissan dealership was super booked. I came for an oil change and I got that. However, the things they said they did, they didn't perform, like tire pressure and windshield cleaning among other things. Nothing big, but still.

The associated charged me for the $89.99 oil change instead of the $69.99 oil change that I asked for. For all I know, he could have did the one for $69, but charged me for $89. He also marked that he checked my tires, coolant level and washed my windshield, which he did not.
