I loved the fact that there was only two workers and they kept their professionalism the entire time I was there, for 30 mins vs 5min. I stayed after seeing so many people back up and leave due to the wait time being long due to short staff. Corp should be shame to have only 2 employees at this high volume location.

Over $200 for an oil change
Pretty insane when other company have this for way.WAY less.
The only reason I did it here was because I was short on timeand it still took around 20-30 minutes

Customer service was top notch but I was disturbed that it was no history of my oil change in August 2023. My visit was for a top off and tire pressure check and was informed the last ooo change on file was in 2022. I have a receipt but did not have it with me on my visit. Not sure how the update was not entered in the system.

We will never bring a vehicle back to a take 5. It took a manager and 2 employees to fix what some other employee screwed up. We were not talked through the process. Were not informed of an issue. We were not told how the problem was resolved. The employee that caused the problem was incredibly unprofessional complaining about bugs and not being able to tighten a bolt tight enough. We paid $150 for this stress.

Tech ripped out my carbon air filter after asking me the last time I got it replaced. I told him I had it changed with my last oil change at another Take 5 location. After informing me it was installed wrong, he ripped it out & charged me to install a new one even though he explained to me the tech at the other Take 5 location installed it wrong. I was very unsatisfied with my experience.
