Very little attention paid to customer or our vehicle. Most attention paid to cell phone and talking with others. Oil was dripped in engine compartment while attendant was distracted. I asked him to make sure it was cleaned up and he wiped it making a mess. I asked that any oil drips under the car be taken care of since it happens where oil filter is on the engine. He said he got it, but it wasn't even attempted as my pictures taken under the car 1/4 mile down the road show. No water offered, no air pressures in tires checked, and we didn't see him check any of the fluids that were checked off as good. Horrible experience, won't go back!

Light was showing my oil was low. It was time for oil change anyway. Was told the wrong size oil filter was put in and wrong oil at last visit. They said they corrected it and replaced everything this time. How am I to know if it is done properly? I cannot risk ruining my car. He said he would address it with the employee. Idk what to do. I would not recommend this store based on prior mistakes. They had been goofing off that day. See past review. They seemed to have it together this time.
