Was told cost was $120 ended up paying $192. Didn't get any upgrades. Air filter or cabin filter. They should tell you the cost before they do the work. Won't be going back!

Love Take 5! Customer service cant be beat, the service is quick but thorough, explanation of service, just everything! Everything was on point and the reason I trust them with my car everytime.

Friendly and thorough service However, did not check wiper blades or clean the windshield even though that was said to be done on the receipt. What else wasn't done that was claimed to be done???

Very polite and was a good experience They do not take coupons from the call center & that needs to be fixed. Very deceptive. I had to pay more than my quote.

Fast and friendly service. My only issues was they said they filled up my windshield washer fluid and did not. My washer fluid light was still on and took an entire bottle. That's also on me but I use them because they usually top off all of the fluids. Other than that minor detail I love them.

I was a little early and got in before my appointment. They didn't try to pressure me into buying anything or play up that something terrible could happen if I don't (insert purchase here) immediately, which is rare for any mechanic service with a woman customer. Both of the guys changing my oil were very friendly and professional, definitely will be back for the next oil change!

Very expensive. I was surprised. The guys were very curtious, but told me the least costly service would only last 1000 miles, which I knew was not true , but maybe they were told that. (Oil doesn't work that way.) Won't go back. But it was fast, which is what your paying for.
