They have been entering in mileage for the next oil change needed incorrectly over the last couple of years. Every 3,000 miles instead of every 5,000. What makes it worst is the manager of the location I've been going to said there was nothing they could go to correct it. Waiting to hear back from corporate regarding this matter.

I thought I was in need of an oil change, but the staff said the oil was still good. They also checked the coolant and flushed the system and replaced the coolant. Appreciated their honesty.

Its a bit pricey but if you want it done fast, guess you have to pay for it. I would of given them a 5 but I gave a 4 because the young man was fooling around, did not know what oil 10w 30 vs 10w5, did not know the correct PSI of my tires, I had to tell him what my tire PSI was. They also forgot to hit the OIL RESET light on my car which I did on my own. Overall though I would return. This is my 3rd oil change with them.

Very slow service. Took 47 mins to complete my oil change. And 1 car was ahead of me. Convenient that the end of the month the scanner for coupons doesn't work. Also had to go to 3 stores just to find an oil filter. Two stores said they didn't know when they would be back in stock.

Had an air filter that was way past prime and they replaced it at a very reasonable price. Full explaination of everything noted; they checked other points (trans fluid, antifreeze level/age.

It was a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced at this facility. I was welcomed by friendly staff and treated to an ice cold bottle of water which was very appreciated. On such a hot day. The staff was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and the facility was also very clean I noticed. Will never go anywhere else for my oil change.

I loved staying in my car. Excellent customer service, and they were very knowledgeable and informative. Show me the difference between the new parts and the old parts they were replacing. I felt very comfortable being a female that they were not there to rip me off, but provide the very best car service they could!
