I can't believe this is my first time to come here. Like the commercial, you stay in your car while they change your oil. You see everything they do and they do their job fast and in a professional manner. I went to the South Blvd. location and those guys rock! Highly recommend

Excellent service, very friendly workers, yes I know I spent probably $15 more than the price at my mechanic, but 1) I was able to get everything done in 30 minutes 2) didn't even have to leave my truck 3) No appointment needed 4) they keep the oil in big containers so they don't waste the plastic bottles
Will I go there again? it really depends on if I need it right away

My visit was overall a very good experience. I was greeted by attendants and immediately started offer me the different level of service I might be interested in choosing . I was offered water to drink, and to wash my windshield. My tires were checked for proper air level and they checked and topped off all other fluids on my car. They performed the oil change fast and easy.

Great service, nice guys, but I left for a road trip the next day and the undercarriage cover came off causing it to rattle. Had to go to an auto body shop for them to tell me that it came off because they didnt put all the bolts back on. Kinda ruined the good experience.

The oil change at 5 minute oil change on south Blvd Charlotte, nc was good. The service is excellent, this is the second time that I've gone to 5 minute oil change. The morning that I went to 5 minute oil change I went to Valvoline oil change first, located on south Tryon st in the Best Buy plaza but they wanted 100$ for an oil change. So I went back to 5 minute oil change.

Crystal was very helpful and informative, I have been going to take 5 for awhile now and though all of the workers have been great Crystal was so much more informative and versed on service. As long as she is there I wont go anywhere else. She needs to be a manager or a team lead. Dont lose her.

Screw ls missing from skid plate.
Oil spilt or leaking near filter.
Out of the high milage oil used normally.
Oil on hands when they closed hood, therefore, oil on my hood.
