Long line, short staffed, got in bay waited 20 mins then finally told them I wanted an oil change to find out they didn't have my oil filter. Then had to get my own and come back to wait over another hour to get my oil change. They documented incorrect mileage as well. Car is not at 117,990 miles it's at 217,990 miles. They didn't check the wiper blades nor did they check tire pressure but marked the tire pressure as checked.

I told them the last people to do an oil change struggled to screw the cap on the oil pan back on because the thread was a little damaged, and they just flat out refused to do the service saying it was too much of a risk. Huge waste of time especially after having waited a half hour just to get in.

Take 5 always does the best at making me feel taken care of and properly suggests the maintenance items needed to maintain my auto! I rarely have to wait for service, they drive into the bay. Provide water bottle, keep me informed on time to complete, and a manager always visitors at the end to ask if I'm happy with service.

The service was great! The manager Charlie greeted me with a cold water. Felix helped with my service and made sure I knew about all the perks that come along with Take 5 such as oil top offs, while Tony assisted with taking care of my tire pressure. This team really went above and beyond!

Slow service. Had to ask for tire pressure check. Not sure if other fluids were topped off. Told him I would take care of my cabin filter and he still tried to take it out and upsell me.
I told him I had an appointment and he was making me late. He said "you should have gone to your appointment." Felt very rude and disrespectful
