Cause my oil changes has never been over a hundred dollars and I'm wondering why is was this last time in Austin Texas I go in San Angelo and my son took me car and he said that's what they charged him so I'm trying to figure out why they charged him that and if you guys have an answer for that one please tell or let me know

Yall are always the best! Yall make car maintenance easy for someone who it doesn't come easily to. I've been going to Take 5 for years. Even when I've moved cities because all the employees are so friendly. They answer all my questions and I can trust them. I never feel like they're trying to trick me or take advantage of me like a lot of Car Repair/Maintenace Places. For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, trust is important.

They put in t5 blend. I questioned and he said this is what was available. Mileage noted on receipt and car fax is 63,335 WHEN MY ACTUAL MILEAGE IS 6,335 - very first oil change on my new truck .

Fast and professional. First time I've gotten an oil change. They checked everything I needed to keep my truck running good on the road. I opted for thr mobile 1 because why not. Got my air filter changed quickly as well. Did it all on break from work.
Military discount was given for my service because they noticed my vet plates. These guys are on top of it. Will see them in 3000 miles for sure.

Great experience, per usual. They informed me of my coolant issue which I didn't even know. It was pretty much empty so for sure wud have been problematic soon. The only reason for the missing star is I really needed an air filter and they were out.

I went in for an advertised discount on an oil change and when it was complete they told me I didn't qualify for the discount because they used premium oil. They didn't discuss this with me beforehand or ask if I was okay with that. I won't be returning there.

They performed the oil change quickly and the staff was friendly. I liked that they reviewed air filter ... items; but, didn't try to hard sell them. Especially since they would have lost all credibility if they had as they were in great condition due to lack of driving during the pandemic.

Sarah, or Sara, however she spells it! Did a wonderful job on explaining things to me! She did her job efficiently and was honest about everything. She worked with her coworkers as a team as well. I will say, it was so nice to see A woman here at take 5. I know they have a few other but is nice to see that this company values work ethic rather than gender.

Struggled to get my air cleaner out of its housing, though I didn't ask for it, and then left all the screws in the bottom of the engine compartment (I found them a week later). At one point, heard the manager suddenly tell the person working on my car, "NO! Don't do that!"

I was very disappointed that when my 19 year old daughter took her pickup to get an oil change she was told that she needed the anti freeze coolant flushed and changed since we just had the anti freeze flushed and changed in February 2025. Your team took advantage of a young girl by selling her something that she didn't need! Your team only cares about upselling to make more money. It's disappointing to hear that businesses still exist that sucker punch customers in this manner.

They had no idea what they were doing. At first he was rude, then he told me to turn on my car to check the milage 5 times, and that was before he could not get my name right. Then he said that he could not help me because he needed I unit number that I was supposed to have. In my years that I have gone to have my oil changed, I have never provided such number. After we cleared this, they let me go but did not charge me. They called 20 minutes later saying that they forgot and to come back. When I did, he was about to let me go without my receipt.
