Take 5 has been our choice for oil changes since they opened. An oil change might take longer than "5" but the service is very thorough and the technicians are always friendly and professional. Their top off top off service includes fluid level and tire pressure checks.

This go around it was much slower. New mechanics were part of the dilemma to only 1 experienced mechanic. This was my only miserable oil change from here. Normally I like the staff and how little time it takes to get the oil change.

Car was fine before I took it in for service. Before I could exit the lot I got dash lights and check engine light coming on. They told me to take it to my dealer. So now I'm out over $700 for repair that I feel was caused by Take 5. I will never go to them again.

Above and beyond. Jiffy Lube was too lazy to replace my cabin filter, which requires the dash to be taken apart. The manager took the time to figure it out and then showed others for future reference. Takes much longer than 5 minutes but still an efficient process.

Quick and thorough in the middle of a hot, COVID mask-wearing day. The place was shorthanded due to staff quitting and the poor guys were working flat-out. Changed oil, replaced air filter, and caught other fluid levels that I knew were running low. Great attitudes and I really appreciated their COVID cautions as well.

long wait but only one guy working, rainy day so understandable. problem was fluid, hoses, etc also part of the check but apparently not my wipers be cause the rear fell apart on the way home. Small thing I guess but had I known would have invested in a new pair of wipers while I was there
