Service technicians were good. They seemed to work well as a team to complete my very first oil change in my new truck. Today I opened my hood while washing my truck and seen oil spilled all over. So I'm a little bit upset they didn't clean it up.

Great job changing the oil, but they replaced the cabin filter (which I requested) without telling me that there were different prices- and they installed the most expensive- $49 dollars! So, great service, but failed at not telling me the price of the cabin filter. (The person who installed it showed me how to do it, and for that I am grateful) Another plus for them- they gave a coupon which brought the total price down to $89 dollars. ( I opted for the least costly oil) I know prices everywhere are high, but it was a shock to see that number. I should have questioned them about the cost, but the filter was already out of the bag and installed.
