It was good because the manager stepped in. But the employee just did an oil change without checking anything and I found out I still had 2k miles AFTER the service was completed. So the manager covered my oil change. But the employee was very unprofessional and couldn't understand my frustration.

This shop is understaffed. There are three stalls and two technicians. I pulled up and was told the wait would be about 30-40 min. I waited in the car (hot day and full sun) for about an 80 mins for an emission inspection that that took about 13 mins once I got into the stall.

The tech left off most of the screws holding the sump guard cover which fell off on my trip to Lubbock. Will be back to the Allen Take 5 to have them refit it with all the screws.

Bobby was nice and brought a water to me when he came to inquire about my services.
Jackson was efficient, nice, and professional too. He checked my tire pressure and topped off my fluids!! I believe this location has new management and I'm so excited and happy because John is the main reason we've stayed with Take 5!!!

Service Manager lied about my vehicle needing to replace my air filter. When ask could I see it he said oh I threw it away, I asked him to retrieve it only to find it was still in great condition. I asked him why would he not tell me it didn't needs to be changed. His response was I'm not sure!!! That's my last visit to that location
