I liked that problems got fixed, I was kept abreast of everything that was being done and the owner was willing to work with me to get the final bill paid in full. I didn't like that they lost almost $40 in gas taking my gas tank off. Over all I give them an A-.

Thank you for trusting us with your vehicle. It was not our intention to not refill the gas tank with the same amount. Call us or drop in & we'll make good on it.

The guys at TLC are top notch in everything they do. They picked up my truck and took it in for replacement of front and rear shocks and alignment and returned it the same day. They also do a great job with keeping me informed on manufacturers recommendations and recall notices, which there are none so far.

The mechanics worked to find the problem, but could never get the car to die so they could check the codes. They make a good effort, but were unfortunately unsuccessful.

Everything about this business is Five Star! They will pick up and deliver your vehicle to you and are very reasonable on price. Cecil and Ken are experts in the field. While I was there waiting during an oil change a lady called from Red Bird area and needed her car towed. Almost immediately they had a two truck headed out to get her car. I was impressed!
