Amazing customer service and mechanic work. The TJ team was about to hear the noises my car made, order the parts and work with my schedule to get my car fixed promptly. They never tried to up sell or coerce me into more charges. Picked my car up same day and it has been driving smooth since.

TJ Crossman has worked on two Honda CRVs for us over the years. We found their work to be well done at a good price and their customer service to be top notch. We like them so much that even though we live in Solana Beach, we take all of our car repair needs to their shop in Vista. Highly recommend!

I found TJ Crossman's Auto Repair to be both incompetent and deceptive. I cannot recommend them to anyone. They are not honorable people or trustworthy. They also left me in considerable pain after their work, both financially and emotionally, which made the whole experience especially difficult.

They are helpful, polite, and did more than I expected, as I was only getting an oil change. They warned me of an oil leak, they took pictures, emailed them to me, and offered to do a pressure check and engine block test to diagnose the leak. The free coffee and wi-fi while waiting was nice too! Thanks
