I had an alignment appointment and TGK was able to accommodate it. The service was done within a reasonable time frame. I would've like to see before and after values of the alignment but did not. Other than that, everything was standard procedure. I would use TGK again.

As usual, they did a good job on the oil change but again found things that needed attention. I told them last time that I was not getting an alignment until the streets are repaired. I got a four-wheel one 2 oil changes ago and the last 2 times they told me I need another one. They are recommending an alignment every six months.

It took forever when it was supposed to take 1 hour, so he said. He kept saying I needed this and I needed that. I went in for an oil change and after rotating the tires, changed all the filters, and whatever else I got out of there in 2 hours and I gave them a coupon which I'm not sure I got credit for it or not

As usual, they did a great job. Theiur customer service is top notch and my car was ready when promised. I took it there in the morning and they gave me a ride home as they had no loaner cars available.
