Not happy at all. It took 1 hour 20 minutes to get my oil changed. And then you tried to sell me a new car. Seems everything was wrong on my 2021 Lexus; from two filters to tires to you name it. You gave me an estimate of over $1000 for various things. I just wanted a QUICK oil change and get out of there. Not happy. I think you have lost a customer.

This shop is the best kept secret. The guys are amazing, and the service is the best. They never try to sell you anything that is not needed. This is the place to come if you want honest maintenance or repair work.

I came in for a brake fluid flush and that's everything they had serviced. No up charge, no issues. Just straight to the point, you have to love that. So honest and upfront with everything. They even have coupons so that you pay less out of pocket!

I trust all four of our vehicles to Bloomington TGK. Their prices are so much better than the dealer I had been going to.
They test drive the vehicle before and after to see if the owner may have missed something and then to make sure they have everything fixed.
The service writers are top notch.

I cannot say enough good things about TGK. Every time I bring my car in for service (oil change, tire rotation, etc), it's like going over to a good friend's home. Joe and the others are very friendly, and the mechanics do a thorough job. I get a detailed report of everything they look at and the results. I highly recommend TKG.

Joe went out of his way to make this experience exceptional. He let me know that one of my fog lamps was burnt out so I could order a new LED one. He advised me of the advantages of yellow/amber bulbs and I took his suggestion. New wipers got their first successful test just over 12 hours later.

From Joe at the front desk to Mike who worked on the car, they are the friendliest and most honest people I've ever met at a repair shop. I used to go to the dealership but now I will only take my car here for everything from the simple oil change/ tire rotation to the complex car repairs. You won't find a better repair shop.

these guys didnt persuade me or give me any runaround and literally completed what i requested without even going over the suggested stuff.
call me crazy but that was a breath of fresh air compared to what im used to at the dealership.
they were even going to replace my filters for zero labor cost! dealership quoted them at $90 w/labor.
in summary, i like this place, they dont bs and i will use going forward! thx

Could not be more pleased. Professionally run shop. Mechanics knew my vehicle and provided pictures of the work they finished. My road trip following my appointment confirmed that the alignment appeared to have been spot on. Will be my "go to" spot for the future as the cost is less than the dealer. It will also be a place that I can recommend to friends who do not want to take their cars to dealers for some reason.

Customer service is top notch here. And the vehicle service is thorough and efficient. I had a wheel stud repair for (1) broken stud. I was in and out in half an hour, and they went above and beyond to repair (2) other studs they thought felt bad and would break soon.
