Excellent service. We were from WI visiting a friend when my car broke down. My car was towed to their service center and they did everything they could to get my car fixed and return my friend and I back to the road so we could return home the same day. It was not an easy repair either.
Would definitely recommend this service shop to anyone!!

It was terrible! They were rushed on time and tried to tell me it would cost me over $4,000 to fix my car. I went somewhere else and it was a $28 part like I suspected. I had asked TGK if they checked this particular part and they said they didn't know. Will never use them again and will not refer anyone to them! Osseo auto repair gained a customer!

Did not try to oversell prouducts and did the oil change as requested. Most people do not like to when their vehicle is brought in but a sales advisor would try to sell something. Been there done that.

They were very fast and courteous. They inspected the whole vehicle and will have a whole report of the vehicle for you when done. If anything needs attention they will let you know. Most times unless it is a big job they will do it while you wait.

Guys were great there especially the gentleman in the front. Even offered to take off my undercarriage for my car that was ripped and dragging. Where other places told me they wouldn't touch it. Definitely will be back and would recommend was in and out of there in 30 minutes with oil change

As always the TGK Automotive professionals do a great job. Besides the oil and filter change, the Service Technician completely inspected the vehicle which was compiled in a complete inspection report with pictures (49 items checked). In addition, the knowledgeable staff reviewed the inspection report and advised me on the items that should be serviced and approximate costs, etc.

Staff and environment is awesome! I went in for an oil change expecting to pay more than what I was charged. They told me that it is now a one rate charge for no matter what type of car you have. I couldn't believe it and thanked them for being honest with me. Love the place! I would recommend it to everyone.

Service work and communication were great. I would have rated five stars but it appears they did nothing to protect my door sill and carpet in the driver seat area. Left black marks from dirty shoes and clothing. Very difficult to clean and not something I had planned on doing after money spent.
