I was having battery problems after just replacing my battery just a year prior. They checked everything out to make sure there wasn't a bigger problem and replaced the bad battery with a new one and honored the warranty. It didn't cost me anything for a thorough job!

Our battery was dead. I called TGK and a time was set that morning for me to bring in our car. I had to jump start the car to bring it in. Once there, the service department had it in within minutes.
The battery was essentially the same price as it would be at an auto supply store.
While replacing the battery the tech noticed an oil leak around the oil filter. Our last oil change was at TGK. They replaced the filter, cleaned up oil from engine, filled with oil, and there was no charge other than for the battery. I have no connection to the dealership and TGK stands behind their work! I like that.

TGK was very responsive to a serious oil leak I discovered at home. I called right after they opened and got an appointment the same day. They diagnosed the issue, sourced the parts, fixed it, and returned it to me the same day. They also saved me money by informing me they could replace the spark plugs without incurring the additional labor costs since the work was in the same area (spark plug replacement is labor intensive on the vehicle). They provided excellent customer service and dropped me off and picked me up from my workplace in town.
