Suggested an oil flush which is ridiculous for a late model car, trying to take advantage of someone without automotive knowledge to make an extra buck. DIshonesty should get you nowhere but out of business.

They are liars, poor workmanship they tell you things are broke that aren't, and when you refuse to have it fixed, they're somehow able to always fix what they said they couldn't too expensive held my truck for five days when they told me I'd be out the next day take your business somewhere else you'll be much better off and happier. These people do not know how to service they do not know anything about how to be polite they're rude.

I've been taking my cars here for years. They always provide excellent service. They will drive me to work or home while I wait for my car to get fixed. Today they fixed a lose bolt that was making loud noise without charging me. Staff is always friendly and helpful. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

Going for oil changes the last 3 years, but not likely any longer. They doubled the price, eliminated coupon specials, and eliminated the punch card to earn a free change in the future. Not much different from local dealer prices now for a fully synthetic oil change. Sometimes businesses have to burden some of the pain to retain customers. Perhaps I'll just grin and bear it and change it myself.

Service was relatively fast, efficient, and inexpensive. The only minor negative was a flipped letter on one of the vehicle's VIN number on required Texas State DOTdocuments which necessitated a "re-do" at the county court house. I certainly would use TC Auto Service again.
