Made an appointment for service and a windshield replacement. I got confirmation on the appointment and that my windshield was in. I show up and they know nothing about the windshield and the person whom emailed me hasn't worked there in 3 years. So I get the oil changed and ask if they had ordered it. They said call on Monday. Never had a problem before.
