they DBL ed the Labor on repairs. .....so if you have T B do the work . BE REAL CARAFUL AND CHECK ALL........ALL THE LABOR COST. EVERYTHING COST FOR LABOR......EVEYTHING

We take pride in treating every customer fairly and honestly, so we'd like to clarify the facts regarding your visit. We cannot pass a state inspection if a vehicle does not meet the required safety standards, regardless of how long someone has been a customer. We explained the reason your vehicle did not pass inspection and let you know that you were welcome to seek a second opinion or have the inspection completed elsewhere. You chose to have us complete the repair. We've have reviewed your invoice with you. The labor charged was only for replacing the ball joint and performing the required alignment. There were no duplicate labor charges or hidden fees. While we understand unexpected vehicle repairs are frustrating, we stand behind our work, our pricing, and our commitment to performing honest inspections that meet state requirements.

Receptionist Britney extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ticket writer was very pleasant to work with. Had front brakes and rotors replaced and a oil leak fixed. Car is running great we appreciate the mechanic. Our first time using T&B Automotive.
