Paid $2,000 for my car to be diagnosed and repaired. Car was diagnosed as bad wheel bearings; wheel bearings replaced and I received the car back with the same noise still there. Now I have to take the car back, which is very difficult to fit into my busy schedule. Not happy at all; and have no plans whatsoever returning after they fix this issue.

This place is great and I appreciate having a honest and good shop in the neighborhood. I have been going to T-Rex for with both my cars for a few years now and always been impressed and a happy customer. I have had a great experience from getting simple oil change/service to more complex repairs. The shop had the latest tech for cars/engines and also for customer service. Being able to communicate via text, make appointments via the web, get invoice, estimates and updates with pictures through text and email both is great. I can't say enough good things about this shop. I will be using them for years to come.
