I had a wheel bearing replaced and the alignment was subsequent to that. The service went well as I have had no issues since. I was givn a ride home and offered a ride back to the dealership.

Rather than a sales man, he was a secretary. He didn't engage, talk, negotiate at all. I would've probably bought that car that day, but attention made me run away. Maybe there is something wrong who knows.

Szott sent a porter to pick up the RAV4 from my office at 9am, completed the oil change and changed a fuse, and dropped the RAV4 back at the office by 3pm. Super convenient, friendly staff, a job well done.
