My truck was going to be in the shop for an extended time. I fully expected to receive a truck in return as a loaner. I received a car. After a month of begging, I finally received a used older truck to use. My service representative was very nice and accommodating. The work seems okay but time will tell. I would recommend my representative, but not the Szott company. I've had several bad experiences with them.

Service writing staff were great. Brought in for warranty and she helped me incorporate and oil change and found a coupon to help save money. Didn't rate 5 star because of the amount of oil smudged I had to clean up of the hood and side fender top. No harm but something for the oil change techs to be conscious of going forward.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! First time at this dealership and it was the best experience I've ever had in service! Jon the service advisor was the best. Great communication and very knowledgeable. I did watch 60 mins of my dash cam footage and they took care of my car exactly as I would have. Definitely found the only Dodge service department I will take my Durango R/T back too. Thanks!!

Would not fix my aftermarket auto start even though I bought the vehicle there and they sold it to me with auto start they want to charge me for it. Not happy this should not be happening Ive had other vehicles with aftermarket auto start and they replace them or fix them.

On two different occasions I took my vehicle to a different dealer, who could not find the source of the issue, and unfortunately returned the vehicle to me without fixing it. But Szott M59 Dodge figured out the issue and repaired it along with other issues they discovered. Although this particular dealer is much further from my phone, I will remain loyal to them. The service has always been top notch.
