My tech Rob was excellent! Replaced my battery under factory recall and updated software for rear camera/ backup. The update took about an hour and a half. 2 days later my check engine light came on. Not happy about that( did they write that in on the updated software?) Cant trust a car that runs on software programming? Something is rotting in Denmark!

I loved the professionalism and friendliness of the employees. Being serviced a little before my appointment time, and not having to wait all morning for the service to be completed was a plus. The comfortable waiting room was excellent. And explaining everything that was inspected on my vehicle along with recommendations was nice. Thank you much! You don't always get this at some of the other Ford dealers.

I sent a request, asking for specific information. And recieved a couple emails a day for almost a week with useless emails. Void of the information I requested. Why respond, or communicate until I get an answer. So no, not a good experience. If someone asks a specific question, answer it!

Excellent service. They noticed that some of my lug nuts were swelled up and would not fit the socket to remove them. I had them all taken off and replaced. They also noticed my coolant was a little low and refilled that. Just the little things make there service great.

The repair took longer than I liked. I understood the challenges of getting parts in a timely manner. The service department kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Under difficult times they handled everything in a professional manner. I would return to Szott Ford for service.

Scott the manager and Betsy service adviser went way over and above trying to make sure work was done in a timely manner and that we had transportation to get around as my husband's and my vehicle were in the shop at the same time and we had important appointments that couldn't be missed. Frequent updates provided by Scott on the progression of work on the truck.

I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that every time I need a loaner when having my car serviced, it takes over a week to get it in as they claim they don't have enough loaners. It is a very frustrating situation. I work in various locations, sometimes up to 2 hours away, so their shuttle is not an option. Once in, the service is excellent.

Always have a hard time getting a loaner car.. This visit was for a bad adaptive steering motor, which entailed having to replace the steering wheel. The bad motor caused battery to die so vehicle had to be charged and driven to dealership when they should have come and gotten it with a flatbed truck.

My service experience was not good as they told me it was a 24 to 48 hour turn back time and it took 6 days to get my vehicle back The cost was not accurate neither was the cost good for the work being performed on the vehicle overcharged lack of information and did not respond to any phone calls or update text. When I received the truck back after the 6 days I did not have enough gas to get home had to fill my truck up before I got home overall very bad experience and very bad quality of work. They also ate pork rinds in my vehicle and left crumbs in my center console very unhappy and will not use them again.
