I got the same dude as usual. Hes cool but it would be nice for them to update me like they said they would. They said theyd call me around 2:30/3 the day I dropped it off but they never did. I basically had to call everyday for 5 days to get any updates. I understand yall are short staffed, but no one told me how long my car was gonna be in for. I thought you guys broke it. Thank god my bf let me use his car bc I wouldnt have a ride to work and I would really be a Karen and freak out lol

I asked for six month service including oil change. Because of COVID my car's mileage is lower than average. So the dealership decided not to change the oil.
I had left my owner's manual out on the passenger seat for the mechanic to initial and date the service level performed. Not only did he or she NOT do that, the person elected to cram it into the glove box. Displacing other items the belong in there and causing items to fall out when the glove box was opened to reveal its hiding place.

Appointment took longer than I was told. Following appointment to replace fuel pump (per recall) my rear door was not working. I called to seek help, held on phone for 30+ minutes, then was told I would get a call back. I never got a call back. Thanks to Google, I fixed my car myself after figuring out they failed to reset a system. Sadly, Ive had similar experiences at this dealership every time Ive gone. Respectfully, go somewhere else.

I was not a happy customer at Magic Toyota. I felt the salesman who sold me my car had deceived me, and I received none of the customer service extras that I had been promised. So when I take the time to rave about the service team at Swickard, I mean it! While I am still frustrated by my vehicle, the attention I receive is impeccable. Excellent service. Have been purchasing vehicles and having them serviced at this location since 1994. King Ly has been my point of contact in the service department for many years. Always a joy to work with him. His maintenance teams take great care of my vehicles. Even though there are at least 2 Toyota dealerships closer to my home I still prefer to drive 45 minutes to this dealership to have King Ly and his teams working on my vehicles.
