Service dept couldn't repair vehicle, simple battery replacement. Car went dead in intersection shortly after service review. Stranded and in dangerous spot, luckily Police helped to block traffic for 30 minutes. Sutton Ford refused to refund money and could care less. Would encourage anyone to not take vehicle there for maintenance.

Fantastic experience AT SUTTON FORD the service was amazing and very good the performance of my car is superb my only complaint is that they didn't notice the left side headlight is out and the right side rear door won't open and the front right only open from the inside.

My experience with Sutton Ford, inasmuch as I purchased my vehicle from a different dealership, has been excellent. They listen, they take care of whatever my concern. I get Ford Rewards I can use which is a bonus. Currently, my service technician, Jason has been both knowledgeable and professional. He has a pleasant manner and it is easy to explain my concerns to him and get them taken care of.

I made an appointment to see the car and when I arrived they didn't know anything and the worst thing was the car was not ready, it had mechanical failures and I traveled 1 hour to go to the appointment, terrible service

Pay for full of an oil change with rotation of tires . Tires was not rotated because the air in the tires were 41-42 and 2 front tires was 37-38 same as when I brought it in. Ask for a car wash. Didn't get it. But people at the front desk was friendly and professional.

The experience was ok, this time around. I would have liked the communication about the status of my vehicle to have been better. I had to call to check the status of my truck over the two weeks it was left there to be fixed. I understand it takes time to receive the parts but a phone call that the parts had arrived and the expectation of when my truck would be ready, would have been nice.
