I ended up getting new tires and they even stayed late to put them on and ensure they were balanced correctly. Sutliff always does a great job. They tell me hat their going to do, how much it will cost and when it will be done so there are no surprises. In addition to my 50,000 mile service I was having a problem with my CarPlay. They reset it to factory settings and it's been working perfectly ever since. And their was no additional charge.

Always friendly and professional, Kerry, Jeff and others whose names I can't recall are very good at customer service and V.W. service. Like all cars, the cost of maintenance has become ridiculous, but at least the work is done to specifications and the car has worked very well, since new. All services have been performed by Sutliff, even after the warranty period is long expired.
