I went for a transmission oil change, and unfortunately, the service made things worse. After the change, I noticed issues that I didn't have before. I expected better quality work and left feeling dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this service shop based on my experience.

They lied to me about my brake pads. During my oil change and tire rotation they said my brakes were great and then 1k miles later during a battery replacement they said my rear brake pads were 3mm while my front were 7mm. And after I said "that's impossible" they doubled down on the lie and gave me be reasons for why it could happen (it can't). Had to get a second opinion from another dealership and my rear are at 5 almost 6.

Hello everyone ! I've been driving my Nissan Sentra for a while now , and overall , its been a solid experience. The car offers a comfortable rode with a good fuel efficiency, which makes it a great daily driver . The cabin is fairly quiet , the seats are supportive and it has enough space for passenger and cargo .

My resonator was broken. The part was overpriced in person. It would have been cheaper to order online and pick up to save money. The price wasn't adjusted. My car had been sitting at another dealership since the day I picked up from Sutherlin Nissan because of the resonator being broken and the part is on back order.

I had a minor issue with my new vehicle I purchased at sutherlin Nissan, I went to the service department and they were amazing, they have an awesome waiting area and they got with my sales guy Travis and handled it no problem. It's interesting because I also own a Dodge Durango Hellcat and the people at sutherlin treat me better than at my other dealership. I highly recommend Sutherlin Nissan anytime.

Doug was very friendly and professional, and the service personnel performed the work in a timely manner (changed oil, rotated tires, changed transmission fluid). They even went above and beyond by setting my car's clock, which I've been unable to do!

A $30 dollar oil change turned into an almost $50 oil change. Additional fees should be shown up front. Couldn't even get the car wash since it was broken. Had an appointment and it still took about 2 hours.
