We took our 2024 Ford Explorer in due to a check engine light warning. Joe in the service department took great care of us. We dropped our car off and got a call from Joe a few hours later. He let us know that the warning was caused by the thermostat sticking. It was covered by our warrenty. So in and out with no issues.

Evan the service coordinator is definitely on point. I have been taking my truck in for the last several years and they know what needs to be done. Goodyear Wrangler were priced the same as everyone else and they included the alignment. Another great experience at Surprise Ford

I will NOT recommend the Surprise Ford Service Department to anyone.
My experience started with a sales person that did not follow through and the service department flat out refusing to repair the recall on my vehicle. After giving the service department two more chances, my mistake, I will move on to another dealership.

Nice, clean shop with a comfortable waiting area. I brought my F250 in for an oil change, but the service advisor noticed the battery was leaking a little. Since my truck was still under the 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty, the battery was replaced free of charge - a nice touch!

Being overcharged on something as simple as an oil change. Flyer price for oil change sent out by Surprise was substantially lower than what was charged. I showed the service technician a copy of the flyer I was told that the difference was because I did not request the tire rotation. I did opt out of the tire rotation due to the tires on the front and back being different sizes.

Forth time I took the car in for check engine light. Each time it was some different with the fuel purge system. I was not happy that I had to pay for the labor again and that they only seemed to be only fixing the symptom and not the root cause. I pleaded my concern and to my surprise they found the cause and repaired the issue at no charge. Thank you Joe for going to bat for me.

Great service! Oil change and rotation of tires! Only issue was when I got in the truck the drivers window was half down. Something had triggered the window and was in safety mode so it would not auto roll up. Had to trouble shoot and fix that only took about 10 minutes to find a video on YouTube. Was more expensive then originally advertised through the Ford app. I would call ahead for pricing!

service is always great, the service writers are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. the best part is once you have service done you don't to go back for the same issue like you do with local service shops, at least i have never had to as i used to using local repair shops. the work is done right the first time, with the exception of regular oil changes every 3-5000 miles.

0 communication, unless I initiated it. Went weeks in a rental where your top tier protective plan only covers 5 days. Fixed everything but a tailor sensor and I got it back since it would operate now. Still haven't heard about the sensor that probably arrived iver a month ago. Like I said 0 communication

Not a completely bad experience. Our sales rep was new and made several mistakes along the process. But overall was a nice guy. I don't hold it against him his inexperience. The finance guys are pushy for you to buy a service warranty, which I did, but I didn't negotiate getting a lower interest rate which I am satisfied with.

Hello. The fact that when washing cars after service was performed, the car looks wet, NOT clean. It seems like service supervisor doesn't see a clean car as a priority. I realize this is complmentary; shouldn't "great service" pay attention to even minor details? Thanks

Wokl was done. It took a month for an engine.replacement after failing the recall on the valves. The worst part was the lack of communication qith the service advisor. I had to constantly call for status updates. Thy should've called after every event, failing the test, ordering an engine, receiving the engine, waiting on gaskets, and install finished, which was the only call I received

My car had a message about the battery having an issue. I made an early morning appointment to have this checked. I was told it might take more than one day. I needed the car back the same day. It was ready about 5 pm and the batteries were working properly. The issue will be further addressed in a recall in the coming months.

I took my Mustang Mach 1 to the dealer for the installation of PPF provided at the purchase time of the car. I drove to the dealer with the car spotless. When I picked up the car was so dirty, and they installed the PPF, and they only cleaned the areas of the installation. the person in charge of taking care didn't care to deliver my car all dirty, he told me to bring her in 2 weeks!!!!!

Service representative "Nic" was an outstanding and professional service representative. Currently, the AC (HVAC) is working well. I was not happy to find my passenger speaker blown after receiving my auto, including the dirt marks on my steering wheel. I feel grateful that my Ford is running in this warm AZ environment.
