While our car is there, he goes over the the inspection and updated me on the progress. When completed, thoroughly goes over the invoice. I feel treated like family.

Lexus always does a great job with maintenance servicing. Its been 2 + years though since I received notice of a recall for the passenger side air bags and the dealer tells me that they have not received the fix from big daddy Lexus. Most days I'd miss my wife if something was to happened to her because of her air bag not deploying. Who do I talk to who can light a fire to move this forward.

The only reason I would not recommend is because of the cost. I bring in our vehicle for a simple preventive maintenance and it seems it always turns into $7k worth of things that need to be done. Our service advisor was professional and quick. So thank you for that.

My Lexus car was Zateked, interior and exterior. Next day, whenever I was braking, I heard squeaking. Techs must have gotten some Zatek formula into the brake system! I felt as if I was driving a jalopy!! Not happy even though squeak has diminished. Service there is not as good as in the past. I also have to fight to get the interior Zateked even though we have an agreement to have it done.

Took 3 visits to get the correct battery replaced. We had to tell them which battery was the replacement, they were putting in a lower capacity one. Then they left the heat shield off. They claimed Lexus had the wrong battery listed as the replacement
