I enjoy that every time I come to Superior Subaru, they make me feel Like a VIP. The service team is great, the sales team are really cool people. To top it off, whenever I get my oil changed theyvsend me this cool inspection video no matter which car I bring in, my 23 year old Legacy or my 4 year old WRX! I would totally recommend Superior Subaru over the other Subaru stores in the city!

Didn't like how they examine a car very carefully when you trade it in for a new car purchase but the dealership did not examine the new car that was purchased since we found a lot of scratches all over the driver, passenger and back tailgate hood area. For a new car this was very unacceptable.

The service team did additional repair on a problem that I'd had previously brought the vehicle in for (based on check engine light). It turned out that the problem hadn't been fully resolved. They reported that they'd attended to this as a complimentary service. Car is running very well. Appreciate the professionalism on this (without any need for customer concerns. I was given a 45 minute to hour time frame and my oil change took 1 1/2 hours. No one checked in with me. And I am 99% certain my car had been sitting there completed for a while before they let me know. Other people came in after me and left before. Just thought it wasn't as good as service as I've had previously. Online it also mentions a car wash is free with every service but I wasn't given one.

The team at this location does an excellent job. They begin and end the service with notification along the way so there are no surprises. The customer lounge is comfortable, and drinks are provided. They do a wonderful job on the vehicle and at a reasonable cost. My car is no longer under warranty, yet this is the service station I choose to bring my car to for service.
