this was my 2nd replacement in less than 4 month for this part. l am glad they finally fiqure out what l supected since the first part was put in on feb, 19th and then l brought back in either march or april and they were sought of applying since l had to replaced the battery that someone did something to the systems and cause the lights to come back on,so the modulator was reset and on june 6th the lights came back on, after my assitance to put a season tech. on my car the problem was resolve. the fist part was faulty

To clarify the history: the ABS module was initially replaced in February. When the vehicle returned in March, our diagnostics revealed low voltage codes due to a battery issuenot a fault in the ABS module. We cleared those codes and explained the situation thoroughly at the time. When you brought the vehicle back on June 10th, our inspection did reveal a code for the ABS module, and we promptly replaced it under warrantyat no cost to you. The same experienced technician worked on your vehicle each time to ensure consistency and proper care. We're glad the matter is now resolved and, as always, we're here if you have any further concerns. Thank you again for being a valued customer.

My daughter took her car in to check the A/C, she told them it does not start cooling when you first turn it on after the car has been sitting over the night. They turned it own soon as she dropped it off and said it was cooling fine and charged $150.00. The car should have been left off for a while to recreate the problem. They would not look at the A/C for less than $150.told them I would not pay for a repeat visit if they charged $150.00 again.

She brought the vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to address a concern about the A/C not cooling properlyspecifically mentioning that after the car sits unused for an extended time, it can take up to 30 minutes before the air begins cooling. The vehicle was dropped off around 3:30 PM. We completed the oil change and contacted her to let her know that a tire rotation wasn't necessary due to the tread condition, but she asked us to rotate the tires anyway, which we did. Afterward, our technician checked the A/C system and confirmed it was cooling properly at 45 degrees at that time. We called to explain this and offered her three options: she could bring the car back another day, leave it with us overnight so we could attempt to recreate the issue, or have us proceed with a full diagnostic, which includes checking the refrigerant level. She chose to move forward with the diagnostic. We explained that our standard fee for a diagnostic is $150.00, which she agreed to before any further work was done. That fee covers the technician's time, expertise, and resources to properly inspect and evaluate the system. Our staff takes pride in providing thorough, skillful servicebecause diagnosing a vehicle isn't just about plugging in a scanner. It takes experience, time, and careful attention, much like a doctor's consultation before treatment. If she would like to drop her vehicle off for us to duplicate her issue, I would be happy to do that without another diagnostic fee charged to her. We always aim to be transparent and communicative throughout the process, and we're here if you have any further questions, concerns or would like to discuss further.
