Had a light warning indicating my tire pressure was off. Needed it fixed. Employee said "who put the tires on the truck"? It has only 29K miles. He couldn't even try to fix it. I went to a Firestone place and they fixed it in 26 minutes for $58 bucks.

Excellent service in figuring out why my car was intermittently not starting. Dionne and the team ensured everything was handled with my car, even though it took a lot of diagnostics to determine the issue. Glad to have an auto repair shop I can depend on.

Dion, the manager at this location, is awesome.
Friendly and no fear speak or attempt to upsale is refreshing.
Also, I received pictures via email of areas they checked (for instance the air filter) allowing me to make a more informed decision on what I would have done this visit or if it could wait.

Super Service of Aliso Viejo always does an amazing job and theyve never once made a recommendation for any service/filter/product that wasnt needed. I spent $450 to service my Mercedes at the dealership, and Super Service charged me $110 for exactly the same thing.

I've taken my truck now about 4 times from everything to oil changes to transmission and brake fluid swaps, alternator replaced, battery, replaced , etc. etc. Always get fantastic service, printouts of what's running well and what may need to be changed soon. Great pricing. Let's my dog lay on the floor while waiting. Quality customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend! Oh and don't forget the coffee shop but 50 yards away and 3 tire companies on the same property!

I initially brought my wife's car here because our previous (long-time) service shop dropped the ball on multiple occasions and lastly quoted an exorbitant amount to fix an issue we had taken back to them three times. Dion at Super Service of Aliso Viejo pinpointed the problem and sent us pictures along with the estimate.
On my Mazda CX-5, they found the problem and fixed it right the first time including a very generous warranty on their work.
They have a clean office and are very easy to deal with.
