I had a big stick wedged into the underside of my car. One of the guys at the service desk came outside to look at it. He removed it himself, then had me go out and test drive it to make sure that the problem was resolved. Then, he didn't even charge me. Thank you Super Rupair!

Friendly and experienced service writer actually said I didn't need to repair a few (naturally occurring with age: my Subaru is 20 years old) items the technician noticed immediately and that those items would be checked again at the next service with a decision to repair made at that time. That saved me -- for now -- several hundred dollars.

The service itself was great and the work done in a timely manor. However, the final cost was double what was expected as the initial quote was for a 4 cylinder vehicle instead of a 6 cylinder. They should have asked more questions about the car at the intake.

The Service managers at the front desk were extremely communicative and helpful. Their charges for diagnosis were quite reasonable and I appreciate that they were able to zero in on what the problem was which in the end probably saved me unnecessary expense. And providing me with transportation back to my house when I dropped my car off was a nice touch. All is well now.
