Suntrup Ford of Westport did an excellent job of performing the 75K maintenance on my 2019 Navigator. The waiting room was very comfortable while I waited. Michael Moxely was my service advisor and he was great to work with and explained everything in great detail. Also made sure to apply the right discount coupon I brought with.

I've took my car in twice for steering issues
They replaced rack & wiring harness
It's still not fixed
Service writer Mike turned into a condescending jerk when I told him the issue was not resolved
With car warranty I'm out of pocket $500.00 + with no resolution

We are sorry for your experience. You have an aftermarket warranty that dictates the repairs. This is not a FORD warranty so we have very little control and the costs you paid are what your aftermarket warranty charges (deductibles, fees they don't cover, etc). Last time you were here no issue could be duplicated. With your approval we drove it over 100 miles with no issues. You are welcome to take it to another Ford Dealer for a second opinion, but if they cannot duplicate an issue, they won't be able to do anything either. Keep in mind, when you have ANY repair shop looking for issues there is diagnostic / time / labor charged to you, where your Aftermarket warranty will not pay if there is no issue found or a part/repair not covered. Crew at the Suntrup Ford Westport never disappoint!
After dealing with Autozone and telling them I had to jump my car, they tested my battery and then told me I needed to drive it more
Went in with no appointment to Suntrup and with in 30 min they had me back on the road!

My Mach E has a serious software error where I get a message on the screen that says something about an error with the cruise and then the car accelerates on its own. As soon as I hit the brakes, the error goes away. Suntrup says they cannot find a log of the error so there's nothing they can do. They gave me Ford's number to try to call them instead of advocating for their customer and trying to make this right with Ford. I now have this vehicle that at any moment can take off on its own and Suntrup is not willing to do anything about it.
