Did the recalls, assuming everything is ok. I haven't heard back from dealer on findings. I noticed possible slipping in low gears with transmission and was told it needed transmission flush. The truck only has 46000 miles and I don't pull a trailer or heavy loads. I'm probably going to take it back since it's under warranty and have them investigate further!!!

I had to wait for service to be done, as they do not provide rides to where I live, which is a 16 minute trip. I took off a star for that. That said, the waiting room is clean, there are vending machine snacks for purchase, and free bottled water and brewed coffee. On this last service, the waiting room music was excellent--better than I have ever heard in a waiting room, here or elsewhere. It made the time go by quickly.

I was attended to right at the time of my appointment, all of my concerns were addressed, and when I requested a coupon, the attendant was able to honor it. Overall, it was a great experience. I still have the issue of one hanging part from the car. They fixed it but one week later it came loose again. I don't think it is a safety hazard, but I will need to get that fixed permanently soon.

Jeremy and the team were fabulous- very good at communicating and making me feel like a valued customer. I would have given a 5 star rating except that when I was on the freeway coming home I noticed the warning for low tire pressure was on. Considering it wasn't when I got there and that I had a tire rotation as part of the service, it was a little annoying.

I called multiple times asking about a recall on my vehicle and was told that someone would reach out to me and that we were put on a list. It came time for an oil change and I called, scheduled the oil change, and when I arrived, they told me that they had the part and could install it.

Service rep was very professional and gave me an estimated time the service would be finished and it was done within that time frame. After I got home noticed that they forgot to reset the computer, which showed a picture of an oil service needed. Had to take the car back to get the computer reset and the person that reset the computer indicated that the service people sometimes forget to reset, that needs to be addressed.
