They did an oil change and tire rotation but didn't put air in the tires to make sure they were at correct pressure.i also had problems with my car play not connecting and they said they reprogrammed it but still having issues they never get back with me to fix the issue they don't answer their voicemail or emails

I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation and a problem with car play not connecting I checked the app and they didn't even put air in the tires so I'm wondering if they rotated the tires and they claimed they rebooted the car play but still having issues my car salesman asked me to send a video that was days ago with no response

Oil change and tire rotation was done. Tech was very sloppy. Left oily handprint on my dash while looking for my wheel lock key and moved my things in the truck area and didn't return them to their places. Found my belongings strewn all across the back of my car.
