I took my Wagoneer for a routine Oil change and once I left I was about 5 miles down the highway, my car overheated and stopped. I had to take it back and was told I needed a new thermostat that would cost 1200$. My car was fine before I took it in. Do not take your car to this dealer.

Returned for alignment correction. My vehicle was taken in no questions asked other than what it was doing. Corrected, slightly. Alignment was still off, ended up going to Martin Tire to get it aligned correctly.
Either way, Sunland CJDR did the work requested - belt replacement, and coolant flush correctly and works great, other than alignment having slight issues corrected at another shop.

Service Advisor John Cvik was very professional, got the job done right by ordering warranty replacement part, and even followed what I asked about not parking my car next to any vehicles after job was complete (my car has no nicks/dents on doors or side). Added and charges for an additional engine oil supplement with the oil change not previously disclosed. Charged $12.94 for" shop charge for repair order" and $4.00 for "document storage fee".
Spoke with service manager and received a refund for these unwarranted charges.

Terrible experience- poor communication from the dealership during and after service. Sold me services I didn't need, failed to change the work order after I asked the unnecessary services be removed, refused to adjust the invoice to remove the charge for the service, then ignored Jeep Corporate customer service when I escalated the issue. My experience was one of the worst I've experienced at this dealership. I had to keep myself updated with what was going on with my vehicle because the service advisor was non existent. No updates no communication and when the I was co tasted for a review and the person on the phone didn't like what I had to say I was told they'd call me back. Still waiting 3 weeks later.

Told them the issues I was having with the vehicle. Was told there was no issues with the radiator and replaced my battery. Few weeks later and coolant is low again radiator is leaking when I specifically asked for it to be checked due to the vehicle over heating. Truck was not properly checked even though it was there for a week.
