The service was the best . The only complaint that I had was they had my truck for over 2 weeks and when I picked it up there had to be 1/4 inch of dirt on it . Why they did not wash it is the big question. Fix that problem and everything else is great.

I put patches on my car until the warranty went out! Now my miles warranty is gone, now I need an $400 alternator, that's not covered!!! When I had insurance they had to change the engine 3 times!!! I just got the car November of 2023!!!! Dealer won't trade it, BBB Auto won't do nothing about it!!

I asked how much they would charge to install a bug guard on the hood. They didn't know how it went on and then wanted $250 labor for what took me 5 minutes to install myself. As for the service people they were very nice. The parts department was extremely helpful. The part came quickly and other service I have had was good.

Initially I didn't like being told I might be there all day long. I checked in prior to 0900. The recall took about 2-3 hours and I even got a carwash I didn't realize until I got home. My good rating is not for the carwash but for the time you considered me for this service. THANK YOU.

Although it was an expensive trip to go to the dealership for repairs, I know my vehicle is maintained at 100% efficiency, is performing properly and is safe for me and my family. I only trust Sunland Ford with my vehicles. The technicians and maintenance team are exceptional.

Jennifer Scott, the service manager was extremely helpful and kept me up to date on all repairs in real time. I was informed with every step. She is very friendly and is great with customer service. I had to replace my transmission on my Ford Edge, it was done in 8 days which I was extremely happy about.

I didn't like that my brand new RPG billet upper control arms that were just installed less than 1000 miles before this service were extremely damaged. Looks as if the tech used a prybar to release the upper from the spindle. Terrible quality of work by the tech.

It took a week to get the problem diagnosed. Over two weeks for completed repair. Vehicle has less than 8000 miles on it. Was never offered a loaner or rental car. I will take my vehicles to a different dealer next time.
