Service was great. I did not take a loaner. I asked how long would be the wait. The Service manager indicated it would be 3 hours. But I got the car back in two and half hours well before time. The technician's video about the condition of the car was informative. Highly recommended!

Everyone from first phone call to having my car delivered when finished were very friendly and professional. The detail work has my car looking wonderful. Don't want to take it out when raining. But, of course, I will. I trust Sun Motors to keep my car in great shape. Would give them all an A+. Even though my car is 11 years old I never worry because I know Sun Motors takes care of it.

I would highly recommend this dealership for their service. I was greeted upon arrival and escorted inside to my service advisor, Ed Beleck. Everyone there is very friendly, They were professional , knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my car. The car was cleaned, and I was notified when the work was completed.

Good service tech; knowledgeable and friendly; not "pushy." We bought this car here in 2013 (it's a 2014 model) and have had it serviced through two BMW dealerships since that time. Sun Motors BMW is the better of the two; fair and competent service staff (service and repair techs) so I assume they're well managed. I'm looking at a new upgrade and while I'd like to purchase it here; the inventory seems low limiting options.

Car was at Sun motor to remedy the recall which was initiated on February 12, 2024. I was very anxious to get that taken care of. I received a loaner car for two days. The problem is now solved and I am very happy that I no longer have to worry about the integrated breaks.

Had an early appointment.. they were late opening the doors plus bays were filled with cars said it was due to predicted snow had to leave my car sit outside to get checked in. After waiting an hour and a half for a routine service I was told they couldn't do the brake flush which requires some "programming" and the techs onsite weren't qualified

Drop off was quick and went smoothly. Getting the loaner was quick. Loaner car was clean and in good condition. Car inspection video provided was not complete, it cutoff mid sentence. Video mentioned an estimate will be provided for some recommended repairs, but no estimate was provided. Car wash was shoddy, dust was still visible on some exterior surfaces.

Son's service is always top notch. Sure, you always will pay a little more by taking it to the dealer, but I always feel confident that the car is in top-notch condition when it comes back from them. Received drivetrain error message. Waited two weeks for appointment. After having car in for service for 3 days, battery was charged and car was deemed fixed. Three days later same error. Also, remote start now no longer works. Took 3 days and a phone call to my salesperson to get an appointment scheduled. Currently waiting 3 weeks for another appointment. Meanwhile, getting error message. Car is 18 months old.

Quick appointment set up. They had a loaner car ready at the door when I drove up so the drop off was quick and efficient. Short turnaround for the service and a complimentary battery change-out for the key fob when I said that the auto unlock was starting to get sluggish. Overall a great job.
