The amount of work that was done to my car was major, but the job was done in two days. Car is working fine but I have a few questions related to the repair job.
only negative experience is the amount of grease that was left on the car's doors. I know that my car isn't a clean car but it seems that the technicians don't clean up after themselves or they don't clean their hands before touching the car's interior.

I have always brought my car into Calibur Auto (formerly Service First). They do the work I request and check my car for any other issues it may have. They give me service options and suggestions. My car has 150K+ miles and it's because these guys do such a great job. I highly recommend them.

Trevor took care of my oil change and told me I needed to change cabin filters
They were fast, helpful and I drove away feeling that I was now safe in driving my vehicle anywhere

They did not come and explain to me that there was any damage to the air intake boot that obviously they caused when they took it off to do inspection on my car. All I went in for was an oil change then my car RPM started going up and down out of control And the check engine light came on so I had to take it to another shop to get it repaired

Tyler Messinger is great at the Service Desk, but they need to continue to improve their status communication updates from other service desk employees, and recent visits have required return trips and extended time to deliver satisfactory repairs. Some of the newer employees don't appear to have the same attention to detail for protecting vehicle surfaces and cleaning up the vehicle after service is complete.

I asked them to evaluate a hose. They said it was fine and it blew on 1-10 causing my car to overheat, which blew my head gasket and left me stranded. I had to junk my car. I will NEVER use Sun Auto again.
