Experience was all great. I just wish the website ad didn't say 'schedule appointment' for an inspection and then you get there and they tell you they don't hold appointments for this specifically. THey still got me out quick enough - just annoying on the website side.

The customer service and keeping me updated was great. The only bad thing was I had got my range rover tires rotated, and they did not check and reset my tire pressures to the correct psi. The front and back psi is different.

Juat a good no nonsense shop. They communicated well about the status of vehicle were relatively fast about the repairs. I like that there waiting area has a kids area with mcdonald like fort.

Ok where do I start? They changed out valve cover and gaskets around 12-23-$1559.05. 13 months later they started leaking. So gasket replacement was $1201. Tried to get a hold of sales person and couldn't. I will not be going back to this business. Do not recommend.

The team use a code and did not find out why the code was showing. In further taking the car to different car service center (Fifth Gear Automotive), they found it was something simpler that the entire transmission. It was just a front right CV axle which we much less that the entire transmission cost and time.
To be fair, Caliber is not a German vehicle expert when it comes to Mercedes cars.

As a old disabled Vet, I appreciate them going out of their way to make sure any service done is within my budget and done on time. This is the best service team I have worked with in many years.

Overall, great service. However, going through the hassle of making an appointment proved to be irrelevant as they really just approach inspections as a first come, first serve. This would have been helpful to know before making an appointment or waiting an extended amount of time.

The repairs were done quickly and done well. Customer service is great, they keep you informed, and are very professional. The facilitys waiting area is clean, attractive and welcoming. If kiddos are waiting also, they have a very cool play area for them.

I said what I wanted addressed and they sent me a list of everything they felt was in need of repair. This included an oil change which was already done a month ago and transmission work on a transmission that was recently rebuilt. What a joke!! Never going there again.

We always do a complete inspection and will advise of scheduled items by mileage and sometimes they have been done previously. Just want to educate the guest on what is needed. Sorry for any confusion .

Great service! During detailed inspection, the techs provided complete analysis of all needs and prioritized them in order of importance. No pressure to complete the work - I scheduled the highest priority repairs and will get the rest done at a later date.

I went in for a brake check due to squealing noise. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me the brakes were just fine and no service was required. Everything was explained clearly along with photos of the brakes and suspension. Ill be back and definitely recommend them.
