Had them looking for a rattle in my suspension. They could not find anything and indicated that it was in the body. They were honest and did not try to just change parts and charge me. I like that.

Caliber does excellent work and provides the most comfortable waiting area of any auto care provider I've ever used. They provide full details of an inspection of your vehicle to understand what future service may be required. If needed, they also provide shuttle service. Very pleased with them and plan on using for the foreseeable future.

Nice agents and facilities. They are doing what they can. Not happy about this last two oil change visits. There mechanics are doing a good job except the last two visits black grease is all over the car wherever the mechanic touched it. 1-the steering wheel 2-the dash 3-the floor mat has footprints of grease 4- the gear shift 5- the hood of car wherever opened and closed 6- the engine was barely wiped off (with an oily rag). This wasn't the case a few years ago. Poor oversight and quality checking. So sorry that ruined my customer service experience. It's had to clean grease of the inside of a beige car!
